Since qualifying as an aromatherapist, my life has been a continual journey of wonder and discovery. The potential of using therapeutic oils is endless, as is the information I continue to discover about them. Indeed, research into their potential benefits is ongoing. I continue to be amazed at some of the, at times, unexpected results from their use. I am currently studying advanced aromatherapy, which I am finding fascinating and my personal development has been a revelation.
Everyone is an individual with individual issues and therefore oils are blended especially for each client for their treatments. It may be, after several treatments, that the initial problem seems to be resolving and that others may surface. At this point adjustments can be made to suit the evolving situation.
I am qualified and insured to offer massages, aromatherapy, Reiki, Crystal Healing and nail work. I am a member of the Complementary Medical Association.
I offer gentle, holistic treatments which are based around your particular needs, with oils specifically chosen for you. All oils are chosen with your safety in mind. If you are under active treatment by a doctor I will ask you to consult them first before undertaking any complementary therapy treatment.
The treatments are carried out in a discreet manner in a warm and comfortable environment, ensuring that you get the best out of the experience.
After all, it’s no more than you deserve.

Aromatherapy is the ancient art of using pure essential oils distilled from plants to alleviate physical or mental conditions. It was used in ancient Egypt, China and India and is regaining popularity as people look for alternative remedies.
There are several ways of administering the oils. Mostly they are applied to the skin or inhaled. The molecules in the oils are small enough to pass through the skin and into the blood stream from where they travel around the body, working wherever they are needed.
Aromatherapy Treatments Available
Aromatherapy Massage 1 hour £50, 1/2 hour £30
Aromatherapy massage combines the power of essential oils with massage therapy, benefiting both the mind and the body. The art of Aromatherapy can be traced back to the ancient Egyptians, Indians and Chinese. Essential oils are plant-based oils which are extracted from herbs, trees and flowers, and each oil has unique properties which provide therapeutic benefits. During an aromatherapy massage, fragrant essential oils are applied to the skin using a carrier oil such as jojoba, sweet almond or grapeseed.
Ayurvedic Head Massage 1/2 hour £30
This massage is a therapeutic treatment that has been practiced in India for 5000+ years. It involves a variety of pressure techniques including circular massage strokes that focus on your head, shoulders and neck regions. It relieves anxiety and stress, aids in the release of endorphins (hormones which make you feel happy), stimulates hair growth and scalp health, helps with insomnia and headaches, brings balance to your body and mind.
Arthritis/Rheumatism and Pain Relief Massage 1/2 hour £30
Using carefully chosen and blended essential oils, this massage works on the surrounding tissue rather than the painful joints themselves to stimulate blood flow and the production of synovial fluid. The oils can alleviate pain for a time, allowing exercise to be performed which will further stimulate blood flow to the joints.
Remedial Pedicures £30 (45 minutes approx.)
This falls somewhere between a salon pedicure and a podiatrist treatment. They are aimed at people who cannot attend to their own feet or prefer not to. The treatment consists of trim/shape, cuticle work,
smoothing rough skin and application of foot cream.
Gua Sha Facial Massage 1/2 hour £40
This massage is performed using a Jade Gua Sha tool and a Jade roller. After cleansing the face the tool is run over the face to gently encourage lymphatic drainage and blood flow. The Jade roller is used to finish off the massage, particularly the sensitive area around the eyes. The massage leaves the skin feeling fresh and stimulated.
Facial Massage 1/2 hour £30
Using Ayurvedic and Gua Sha techniques, this massage encourages blood flow and lymphatic drainage leaving the face smooth, plumped and glowing. A truly relaxing experience.
