As a
practicing counsellor and studio fitness instructor, I have been lucky
enough to combine my passion in spirituality with exercise to music, as a
profession that thoroughly excites me - how brilliant is that!!!
Exercise can be similar to therapy in some ways. Firstly there is the
grounding aspect which promotes good well being. The experience of
counselling may become painful, inducing aches and pains in areas you
thought were not possible (self process can be hard work).
The beneficial outcome of the process may not seem clear, or at least appear
a long way off. Despite the struggle, determination and commitment to
growth may soon show results. You may even start to enjoy the physical and
emotional endurance you put yourself through and find fun in what might seem
madness.
I believe life is a challenge; it’s about stepping out of your comfort zone
in order to discover hidden potentials and new talents. And here’s where the
spiritual bit comes in… In my experience, trusting and connecting to one's
inner self is the key towards positive manifestation and freedom. |
I
may work with you through exploring the following areas;
Loss/lack of meaning
Relationships with others but ultimately with ourselves
Lack of confidence
Sexual abuse issues
Ability in detaching from discomfort and drama!
Sexuality
Learning how to let go…
Allowing love into our lives |
